Some December Fun

Justice had a Christmas Sing in his Kindergarten class, and me and Talon and Cardon were able to go watch him. It was so cute when we walked into his class, he ran over to us and gave me a big hug and said, "I thought you weren't coming!" And it is not like we were late or anything, we were early:) He did so good and we loved watching him perform all the Christmas Songs they had been learning!

Whenever it snows the boys beg to go out and play in it. They absolutely love it, no matter how cold it is out there! They had so much fun shoveling, throwing snowballs, and building a snowman. It hasn't been to much of a snowy winter so far, so they have been kind of bummed. But I am sure there will be plenty more playing in the snow to come!

These pictures are just of my little buddies posing for me while I was making them lunch one day:)

Man do I ever love my boys! But this pregnancy I have had very little patience and I feel so bad for them. They are such a joy in my life and I love being a Mom. I hope that after I have this baby, I will be able to be a happier, nicer Mom for their sake and mine:)

CHRISTMAS SUITS

This year I decided to get my boys suits for Christmas. They got to wear them to church the first Sunday in December and they loved it. They were so excited to go to church "looking like missionaries!" I know that I am biased because I am their Mom, but I sure think they look handsome!

BOWLING AND HALLOWEEN

On the Friday before Halloween we decided to do something fun as a family, so we asked the boys if they wanted to go bowling, and of course they did. So we headed over to the new Jack N Jill in Lehi and got a lane. The boys had tons of fun, and got so excited. Of course they didn't like the part about having to take turns:)

We got up the next morning and carved the pumpkins. Brad and I helped the twins with theirs, but Justice did it all by himself and it turned out so cute! That day, Justice's school was having a Halloween carnival, and the kids were so excited to get in their costumes! Justice was Wolverine from X MEN, Talon was Optimus Prime and Cardon was Bumblebee, which are both Transformers.

We went with my Mom and my Sister Jess and her kiddos. They all had so much fun and loved the rides! After that we went to lunch and filled up our bellies:)

Brad and I then took our kids to Trick or Treat at Grandma Nancy's house, Aunt Haleigh's, and then Grandpa Randy's houses. Too bad after that it started to down pour. We still headed to a few old neighbors houses and then to Grandpa Graces' for a visit. The kids love to go their and see him. And then we went to Papa Bob's and Grandma Cheryl's for dinner. The kids Trick or Treated a little more around their neighborhood with all their cousins. Finally we sat down and watched Michael Jackson's Thriller, which the kids love. It was a fun Halloween, but we hope next year has a little better weather!

Talon and Cardon's 3rd Birthday

I cannot believe that by twinners are 3! This year they wanted a Transformers birthday party. They are in a play group with a couple of neighbor kids, so we decided to have a friend birthday in the morning and invite them and a few others.
We started off buy playing a couple games. We did a beanbag toss, and tossed through Optimus Primes's chest. And then we played pin the Autobot symbol on Bumblebee's chest. The kids all had fun doing that. We then ate our cupcakes that had either Autobot or Decepticon candies on the top. And then opened presents. Talon and Cardon had so much fun with their friends, and were glad they could come. Thank you to Jess for helping me with the cakes, and for her and my Mom for helping with the party! I couldn't have done it without you:)
Later that night we had all our family over for cake and ice cream. We are so thankful for all those that could be there, and we missed those who could not make it.

We gave the boys new training wheel bikes, and they love them. And thanks to everyone else for all the fun gifts and birthday wishes.
A few things about Talon:
So handsome
The sweetest naughty boy ever
A little shy
One of my best friends
I love you so much Talon and am so thankful you came to our family. You make life interesting and fun!
A few things about Cardon:
So handsome
Such a little tender heart
Independent and Outgoing
One of my best friends
I love you very much Cardon and want you to know you are a blessing to our family. You make life fun and interesting!

Yay! The Tooth Fairy came!

Justice lost his first tooth yesterday! Oh my goodness was he ever excited. It had been loose for a couple of weeks now. I was always telling him wiggle your tooth, you have to wiggle it all the time so it will get more loose. I think I was more anxious than he was. It was super loose yesterday, and I told him it would probably come out later that day. We had all the boys in the tub, and I was in the other room grabbing something, and I heard him yell, "Mom, come quick my tooth came out!" I went in there and he was holding it up. I asked him how it came out, and he told me that he was biting on one of the foam tub toys and it just popped out. He carried his tooth around everywhere in a sandwich bag, and had to show everyone. He was so excited to put it under his pillow that night to see what the Tooth Fairy would bring. I told him that he gets something special the first time, and then after that, just a dollar each time. He woke up at 5:30 so excited and had to come show me what he got:) Thank goodness he went back to sleep for a while!

First Day of Kindergarten

On September 1st, 2010 Justice headed off to his first day of School. He was so excited, we couldn't get there quick enough. My sister Jess and her family live really close to us, so Justice gets to go with his cousins. I think that helped him not to be nervous. So we all rode together that day to see them off. I promised myself that I wouldn't cry, and I made it through. I am so excited for him to start this long journey:) I love to here everyday about the fun things he does in class. He loves to do his homework each day. And of course he says his favorite thing is recess. I miss him while he is gone, but am so glad how much he enjoys going. I love you Justice, and am so proud of you!

Do I really have a Kindergartner?

Last week was Justice's open house to go and see his school and meet his teacher. He was so excited and got his clothes all picked out. We went over and his teacher had a fun scavenger hunt set up around the classroom so he could become familiar with everything. He had so much fun, and couldn't wait to go back! On the way home, Justice said, "that was the best day of my life!" It was so cute. Today I took him over for his Kindergarten Assessment, and it was so cute to sit there as I was filling out papers and here him answering all the questions she was asking. My back was to him and his teacher, so I couldn't see him, but I knew he was nervous because I could here his foot tapping the whole time. He did really good, and it was so fun to be there with him. And his teacher told him he is an official Kindergartner now, which he was so excited about. I don't think Wednesday is going to come fast enough for him:)

Huge Catch Up

Justice has been playing T-Ball in Lehi and their team name was "The Golden Dragons". He had so much fun and learned a ton. He played with one of his best buddies Jex. His coaches did an awesome job, and the had a practice every week. You could tell they when they played against teams that did not have practices, there was a major difference. He is sad it is over, but cannot wait until Flag Football starts!

In the end of June we went down to Richfield and participated in a Cancer Relay for Life Walk. It was a really neat experience. There were girls there cutting hair and donating the money to the American Cancer Society, so we Justice decided he wanted to have his hair cut so the money can help someone. Anything that you purchased their, the money went to that, so we bought these bags, and decorated them for My Grandma Ella, Grandpa Richard, Grandpa Anthony, Brad's Grandma Jennie, and my Aunt Christine who all had cancer. It was neat as you walked around the track, to see them all lit up. We got there in the afternoon and walked off and on throughout the entire night. I ended up walking 14 miles. It was a really humbling experience and I can't wait to do it next year!

Justice turned 5 in June, and we had all the family over for a barbecue in the evening the weekend after his birthday. He requested a gun cake, so I had quite the time making that one up, but he was thrilled with it. We rented a bounce house from Brad's cousin and all the kids were in heaven. Justice and his cousin had a crash into each other, and that is why Justice has a fat lip:) Don't mind his sweaty, curly hair either, he had been playing hard.

On Justice's birthday he had a swimming party with his friends and cousins. They all had so much fun swimming, running through sprinklers, and doing the slip-n-slide. I made cupcakes in cones and the kids loved them! This was Justice's first friend birthday party and he can't wait to have another one!

In May Justice graduated from his 2nd year of Preschool. He went to Let's Learn Preschool both years and absolutely loved it. Miss Kim did such a good job with the kids. One of his favorite things about it was that his best buddy Hayden, who is his cousin was in his class. It is still crazy to me that I am going to have a Kindergartner in a month!

We also went to Disneyland in May, which I haven't posted yet! Hopefully that will get posted soon:)

Happy Birthday to my favorite 5 year old

My sweet Justice turns 5 today!
Holy cow, I am in shock to say the least.

I want Justice to know that 5 years ago will always be one of the best memories I will ever have, because you came into mine and Dad's lives.
You were so handsome, with eyes wide open, and the biggest boy hands and feet.
Thank you for being a big helper to Mom and Dad.
And for being a good big brother.

We love you so much and hope you have the best day ever!

My sister Jen took his 5 year old pictures. And I vote is a little biased, but I think he looks so cute, and Jen did awesome! Thanks so much Jen! The picture at the top of this post is one of them.
