Krew

On Wednesday, March 2, 2011 I was 38 weeks along in my pregnancy, and decided that I was ready:) My sister Jess was hanging out at my house and we decided to take a pregnancy picture of me. We took some inside and decided to try a few outside to see if the lighting was any better. We thought it would be funny if I jumped on the trampoline...and it was for sure! And that is why I didn't post any pictures that she snapped while I was jumping! So this picture below is the best one we got.

Well about 3 hours later I started having regular contractions and they weren't slowing down, so I gathered stuff and Brad fed the kids. We met my Dad at the hospital, and he took the boys with him. Not long My Dad was back to see how things were going. They weren't sure at this point if they were keeping me, so he headed home to go to bed. After doing some walking, and all that fun stuff they decided that I was in labor and admitted me...only after 5 hours of watching me. We text my Dad and Mom, and my Mom said Dad had just got into bed, but he was already on his way back over. My Mom would have been there too, but had to stay with my kids. So I got my epidural and the Dr. broke my water.

Here is my last picture pregnant below. It is always fun playing the waiting game for your sweet baby to arrive:) Brad got some sleep since it was after midnight, and My Dad just hung out and watched T.V. with me and we both dozed off here and there.

Just after 7:00 that morning, they started getting everything ready for the delivery. So my Dad went out to the waiting room to wait for the arrival of his grandson. I only pushed 5 times and my sweet baby was here.

It meant so much to me that my Dad wanted to be there with us. And like I said, My Mom would have been there too, but had to be with our other kids, and I was so thankful for her. Justice actually went to Jess' house, so a big thank you to her too!

Clark Planetarium

While Justice was off from school for the Christmas Break, we went with a couple of my sisters and their kids to the Clark Planetarium. There was not a whole lot to do, but the kids loved walking on The Moon and Mars. I don't think I will be going back anytime soon, but all that matters is that the kids enjoyed themselves for a little while:)

Finally, a few Christmas Pictures

We had a really good Christmas this year...it just was over in a blink of an eye! And I kind of forgot to take many pictures, and I am blaming that on the pregnancy:)
We always go to my parents for Christmas Eve. We eat yummy food, play games and just hang out. And of course the kids always have to get online to check out where Santa is.
And it is always exciting when it is the time of night when Grandma and Papa pass out some Christmas Eve presents. Grandma always gives them PJ's, and Papa gave them all flashlights with their names on them. Of course the kids want the jammies on right away.

The next morning we woke up the boys, and Grandma Cheryl and Papa Bob came over to watch them open presents. I some how did not get a picture of them:( But the boys were so excited about the kitchen Santa brought them. They got lots of fun new stuff and loved opening all the gifts. But it was hard to peel Talon away from the kitchen to get him to open any! Not long after that we headed to my parents to exchange gifts with my family, and of course no pictures of that. Oops, I was horrible this year. Then we went back to our house to meet Brad's family there for brunch and gift exchange.

Later we visited my Grandpa Grace and had some lunch. And then back to my parents for more games and hanging out.

It was a great Christmas, but like I said over way to fast!

Some December Fun

Justice had a Christmas Sing in his Kindergarten class, and me and Talon and Cardon were able to go watch him. It was so cute when we walked into his class, he ran over to us and gave me a big hug and said, "I thought you weren't coming!" And it is not like we were late or anything, we were early:) He did so good and we loved watching him perform all the Christmas Songs they had been learning!

Whenever it snows the boys beg to go out and play in it. They absolutely love it, no matter how cold it is out there! They had so much fun shoveling, throwing snowballs, and building a snowman. It hasn't been to much of a snowy winter so far, so they have been kind of bummed. But I am sure there will be plenty more playing in the snow to come!

These pictures are just of my little buddies posing for me while I was making them lunch one day:)

Man do I ever love my boys! But this pregnancy I have had very little patience and I feel so bad for them. They are such a joy in my life and I love being a Mom. I hope that after I have this baby, I will be able to be a happier, nicer Mom for their sake and mine:)

CHRISTMAS SUITS

This year I decided to get my boys suits for Christmas. They got to wear them to church the first Sunday in December and they loved it. They were so excited to go to church "looking like missionaries!" I know that I am biased because I am their Mom, but I sure think they look handsome!

BOWLING AND HALLOWEEN

On the Friday before Halloween we decided to do something fun as a family, so we asked the boys if they wanted to go bowling, and of course they did. So we headed over to the new Jack N Jill in Lehi and got a lane. The boys had tons of fun, and got so excited. Of course they didn't like the part about having to take turns:)

We got up the next morning and carved the pumpkins. Brad and I helped the twins with theirs, but Justice did it all by himself and it turned out so cute! That day, Justice's school was having a Halloween carnival, and the kids were so excited to get in their costumes! Justice was Wolverine from X MEN, Talon was Optimus Prime and Cardon was Bumblebee, which are both Transformers.

We went with my Mom and my Sister Jess and her kiddos. They all had so much fun and loved the rides! After that we went to lunch and filled up our bellies:)

Brad and I then took our kids to Trick or Treat at Grandma Nancy's house, Aunt Haleigh's, and then Grandpa Randy's houses. Too bad after that it started to down pour. We still headed to a few old neighbors houses and then to Grandpa Graces' for a visit. The kids love to go their and see him. And then we went to Papa Bob's and Grandma Cheryl's for dinner. The kids Trick or Treated a little more around their neighborhood with all their cousins. Finally we sat down and watched Michael Jackson's Thriller, which the kids love. It was a fun Halloween, but we hope next year has a little better weather!
