Tag I'm it!

I've been tagged by Jen!

Favorite Ice Cream: Anyone who really knows me should know this...CHOCOLATE of course!
Favorite Childhood Memory: We used to go camping every year with my Grandpa and Grandma Grace. All the aunts, uncles, and cousins went also! I loved going out hiking with Grandpa listening to him whistle a tune, shooting the guns, and of course the Easter Egg Hunt.

Favorite Color: It was always blue, but I really don't know. I used to hate brown, but I love it now. So probably BLUE and BROWN.

Love to Read: Yes I do! I used to hate it, of course when I had to do it for school. If I could only find the time now, I have a big stack I would like to read.

Birthday: April 25th

Heels or flip flops: I am definitely a flip flop gal:)

My dream car would be: I really like the new Dodge Challenger! But I really want something that doesn't need gas to run! LOL

Top 3 Stores: Hmm...Not really sure. I guess Wal Mat since I have to go there all the time, Target, Old Navy?

One person I'd love to meet who is alive: Hey I am a nerd, but I wouldn't mind meeting Ryan Sheckler or Kyle Korver, it's a toss up!

How many kids would you LOVE to have..you know if you actually had to say it? I always wanted 4 growing up. I still think 4, but if I was rich and could afford it, I might have a few more:)

Second Job (not first or current): It was at 5 Buck Pizza Buffet while I was in High School.

Favorite Teacher: I really liked my first grade and fourth grade teacher. It was the same person, but only in first grade she was Mrs. Heinzig, and in fourth she was Mrs. Taylor. I also was an aide for her in my Senior year of High School. She was great!

Something people would be shocked to know about me: Can't think of one

And then tell us how you met your honey: We used to save seats for each other on the bus in Jr. High, but thought nothing of it. We hung out when he was in 10th grade and I was in 11th through mutual friends, and it all started there. Been together ever since, that was almost 9 years ago!

I love him so much! He is so handsome!

I am tagging my sisters Jen, Jess, and Jodie:)

Trip to Mesa

We went to Mesa, Arizona for a family vacation to visit my sister Jessica and her family! We went on May 21-27, and it didn't feel long enough. We went down planning for hot, hot weather, and instead we had Utah weather! I am not complaining because it wasn't miserably hot, but we were planning on being in the pool most of the time! We went and rode the double decker carousel at the mall while it was pouring rain outside! We were on the top level and the kids loved it, Jess and I on the other hand got a little dizzy. Later that night we went to the Bass Pro Shop. It is like Cabela's, but it was so much neater! We loved it and were there a couple of hours! We also went to a fun place called Jeepers. It was a little indoor amusement park for kids. The parents rode free with there kids, and you better believe us adults couldn't get enough of the bumper cars! We also got to go to the Phoenix Zoo. It was nice weather, but of course all of the Arizona natives had there jackets and pants on, and Brad and I were wearing our shorts and t-shirts. I didn't take any warm weather clothes for us or the kids, so Jess found me some pants to throw on all of them on the cold days! Thanks Jess! Jess took some cute family pictures for us while we were down there. Justice was out of control and didn't want to sit still, but we got a few good ones. I will post them when I get them all from Jess. The kids rode there bikes a bunch and had a few wrecks but still had a great time. Sage and Sydnee are quite the little bike riders! On Memorial Day we decided we were swimming even if the pool was cold. We heated up the spa just warm enough we could enjoy it and let the kids play! The babies loved it, and so did Justice. We were out there for hours and a few of us, not naming names got a little burnt. (BRAD) We kept trying the big pool, but it didn't get warmer that 69 degrees. Brad and Math played in the big pool a little, they were doing cannonballs trying to splash us wimps in the spa with the cold water! Math even threw me in the water, I was back in the spa so fast! Sage, Sydnee, and Justice had tons of fun playing together! Sage and Sydnee were great babysitters too, Talon and Cardon loved the girls, and the kind of liked Aunt Jess and Uncle Math too!:) We had so much fun and can't wait to go back! Thanks Young family for letting us invade your home!

Brad's Birthday

It was Brad's birthday yesterday! Me, Justice, Talon, and Cardon met Lacy and Savannah (Brad's partner's wife and daughter) at Chile's. We were tyring to surprise him for lunch, but Brad was on to us the whole time. When Mike told him they were going to take a long lunch, Brad said why? Are we meeting our wives for lunch? So not much of a surprise, but we had a fun time anyway. Brad went back to work, and we headed home and made brownies, since Brad doesn't like cake much, and Justice wanted to make a birthday sign.
Justice was a great helper opening presents. The reason why Brad is smiling in this picture is because Justice was telling what was in the present before it was even opened. He is really good at that! Do you like the Christmas wrapping paper?
We cut the brownies and had some ice cream, and then Justice got mad because we forgot to blow out candles. So we thought we better do it.
This is the sign we made. Justice colored it so cute. He drew some smiley faces and scribbled all over. He was sure proud of it. I hope Brad had a great day. He is my best friend and I don't know what I would do without him. He is such a good dad and husband. He goes to work all day and then comes home and doesn't have a choice but to help out, but he never complains. Happy Birthday Brad! WE LOVE YOU!

Crazy Talon

So yesterday I was gearing up to get in the shower and Justice wanted to eat a Fruit by the Foot and watch a little television. Cardon was having a nap, and Talon was awake so I got Talon a bunch of toys, and laid him on the floor. I took a quick shower, and when I got out I peeked out my door and noticed Justice had fallen asleep. I just continued getting ready, and I could here Talon having a great time in there, so I thought I better go check things out. This is what I found...

Justice must have dropped his Fruit by the Foot and Talon rolled over and got it! He had been eating it. It was so funny! It was everywhere, and he was so sticky. He was laughing and smiling and just enjoying his sugar high I guess! Later that night Brad found some I must of missed cleaning him off, it was hidden in the roll of his wrist. Talon rolls all over the place. I can't leave anything on the floor or he is sure to be right in the middle of it!

Another year older!

So I had another birthday come and go. It just isn't the same as when we were younger. Don't get me wrong I had a great day, but I just remember the feeling I used to get on my birthday, it was so much fun. Brad new I wanted a gym pass really bad, so he surprised me with some money to get one! He made sure to tell me it was only because I wanted one, not because he thought I needed one. I thought that was cute.

Justice picked out (with the help of Aunt Jo) some cute earrings, a bracelet, and some lip gloss. He was so excited to give them to me. He, Talon, and Cardon also gave me a really cute frame, that Justice said that he made, and Daddy might have helped just a little! I loved it! (good work Brad)

We went to good old Golden Coral that night with my family. We had a fun time and enjoyed all the goofy people eating at the buffet. The next day Brad and I got some much needed time to ourselves and had lunch at Brickoven. It was really yummy! We then went to a movie. We sure appreciated my Mom and Jodie for tended so we could do this.

Thank you everyone for the cute presents and helping make this a special day!

6 Months Old Already

CARDON & TALON

Well Talon and Cardon are six months old now and I can't believe it! Their 6 month birthday was on April 14th. We took them for pictures that day and that was crazy. They didn't want anything to do with that! I will post some of the pictures in a few days! They had their six month check up and the doctor said they look awesome! He said they are doing so good and you would never know that they were preemies. They both had to get 5 shots, but it wasn't to bad. Justice went with us all to the doctor and he was asking to have a shot too! Crazy kid, but hey it makes it easy when he has to have one. They both have their lower central incisors (teeth). Cardon got his at 5 months and Talon just got his the other day. They are rolling constantly, but Cardon can't figure out how to get back to his back from his tummy! The past 6 months have sure went by fast, but I have loved every minute of it. What a blessing it is to have twins. I am so grateful my Heavenly Father gave us the opportunity to be parents of twins. I can't wait to see what the next 6 months bring us. I love being a mom and think it is the best job in the world!

I took this picture at the doctor's ofice while we were waitin for him to come in!

Ryan Sheckler Wannabe

Justice loves to watch the t.v. show "Life of Ryan". He wanted me to do his hair like him and take some pictures of him. Justice s always trying to do tricks on his skateboard like Ryan. For those of you who don't know who Ryan Sheckler is, he is a professional skateboarder and is Justice's favorite! I kind of like him too:)
