Catching up for my sister Jess:)

So I have been a bit of a slacker lately and my sister Jess who lives in Arizona (who we miss so much) doesn't let me forget that I need to update! So since this is my only form of journaling/scrapbooking, there is a bunch this post so sorry:)

We went to the Farm Country at Thanksgiving Point with some of our good friends, Brandon, Candice, Aiya, and Khloe. The kids had tons of fun, and were so cute looking at the animals.

Justice is always setting up a ramp and to go off on his bike. This time he set one up so that Talon and Cardon could actually do it too. They had so much fun doing this. Justice also wanted to take some pictures of Brad and I. He thought that was so much fun to have us pose and pull crazy faces!

We signed up Justice to play soccer in Pleasant Grove this year. He did pretty good for the most part, but sometimes struggled and got bored. I don't know if he will be a soccer star, he was easily distracted, but it was fun watching.

Brad had a Muzzleloader deer permit in Vernon this year, and has been so excited about it because I kept telling him he wasn't gonna get a bigger buck that my Vernon deer. And he got a great buck, and yes it is a little bigger than mine, which I was happy for him! Thanks to my Dad and cousin John for going out with him! Good Job Brad!

We went to Cornbelly's and took my nieces Eryn and Kaitlyn. The kids had a blast and we had fun watching them on all the fun stuff!

Today at Justice's Preschool it was "Pocket Day"! They were supposed to wear as many pockets as they could. So I sewed some nifty pockets on a shirt for him, and he wore his cargo pants. I love that little kids think things are so neat! Justice loved the shirt and was so excited.

Talon and Cardon wanted their pictures taken after Justice. They are so funny and keep me laughing! One minute they are Best Friends, and one minute the worst of enemies. But they really do love each other so much!

Meeting Ryan Sheckler

Ryan Sheckler is a favorite around our house, at least to Justice and I. If you don't know who he is, he is a professional skateboarder. We heard that he was going to be at the South Towne Mall signing autographs during the Dew Tour. I was so excitied! And thanks to my Mom for watching Talon and Cardon so we could go!

Brad, Justice, and I headed up there and arrived at about 10. The autograph session didn't start until 1. Justice did so good for our 3 hour wait. There was a little bit of a line already, but the first 150 people got a wristband and were guaranteed to meet him, so we were glad for that! When they gave us our wristbands, they told us that we could only have 1 autograph each, and we couldn't hug him. And that we had to have our camera's ready because you only get 20 seconds to meet him.

When it was out turn, of course Justice went first. They were having anyone who had shirts on to sign take them off if they could to be signed. And they weren't letting people come around the table. Well when we asked him if he would sign Justice's shirt he said sure, come on around. Justice was so excited, and Ryan was so good with him. After he signed his shirt he said, "look at this kid, he is gangsta!" Justice thought that was so awesome! And then he asked Justice if he wanted a autographed picture too! He was so nice!

I love these pictures! I think they turned out so good!

Next I had my turn, and yeah I was as bad as all the teenager girls. I might have a little crush:) And yes girls, he is much cuter in person. And I felt so bad, Brad went next and I couldn't get the camera to work. But I promise he was there. The workers hurried us a long and wouldn't let us get one. Ryan looked at Brad and said, I am sorry man. He was way cool. And then when we were on our way out, I noticed that his best friend was walking in. And so the nerd that I am asked him if we could get a picture with him too? And he said sure. I asked him if it was creepy that we knew who he was, and he said No. We had a fun day and were glad we went. And on the way home Brad said that he was a fan now for sure, he was really surprised with how nice he was to Justice and all the fans!

Justice is in this video that Ryan Sheckler put on his facebook page!
I couldn't get it to link, so just copy and paste into your browser!

Our Boys

My friend was going to take her girls pictures one day and invited us to got along. Justice go all "Cowboyed Up" and I took these pictures of him. I think I got some really good ones, and thanks to my sister Jen for helping out editing them. I am probably biased, but I think he is such a handsome little cowboy!

Justice started his second year of Preschool on Tuesday! He was so excited, and so was his Mom:) He looked so handsome, I had to take some pictures.

And who can forget these little men! They are so funny right now, and love to say "cheese" when I am taking their picture! They are getting so big, and I cannot believe they will be 2 next month! They are talking constantly, and when they aren't biting, hitting, and pushing each other, they are giving each other hugs and kisses! They are such good buddies!

FaMiLy FuN

Brad has a Deer Tag this year in Vernon, so he took Justice out one day looking for deer. Justice loves to go hunting with his Dad! He cannot wait until he is old enough to hunt!

Brad had about 2 weeks off of work, so we tried to do some fun things with the kids. We went to a reservoir in Herriman. It has a sandy area and the kids think they are at the beach. We had tons of fun, and the best part is that it is free:)

My brother in law Corey is from Wallsburg and they do their town celebration on the 24th of July, so we went up their to celebrate Pioneer Day. We had a good time and Justice rode a sheep in the Rodeo! It was so cute and he did pretty good!

More Summer Fun

My friend Nicole invited us to go to a fun splash pad with her! Justice and Talon loved it, but Cardon is not that fond of the water! He liked when the water turned off and he could just splash in the puddles! Justice was such a good big brother playing with them and taking care of them! And who could resist taking a picture of Talon and Cardon giving each other loves! So cute! We had tons of fun!

Each month we get together with some of out friends and do dinner at our houses. We do every other one without the kids:) This time it was at Jill's and was supposed to be no kids, but we had to bring our rug rats because my sister Jodie had her baby and we didn't have a sitter. We still had a fun time, just not quite as relaxing! Thanks Jill and Rylan! The food was yummy!

Like I said above my sister Jodie finally had her sweet baby! Justice and I went over to the hospital, and awaited her arrival, while Brad and the twins stayed home. Justice could hardly stand it, he was so excited for his new cousin! Her name is Harlie Grace Murray! She is so freaking cute! We love her and cannot get enough of her. Congrats Jo and Corey, we are so happy for you!

CaTcHiNg Up AgAiN

We have been having a fun summer so far, so I thought I would try and catch you up on what we have been doing. I am starting out with the most recent. Last night we went on a bike ride for Family Home Evening. We went on the Jordan River Trail. We had a good time and enjoy doing this as a family! Justice is getting to be such a good bike rider without his training wheels! He is constantly begging to go on bike rides, and he and Brad went the other night and went 5 miles. He was such a trooper and loved every minute of it! Talon and Cardon love to get pulled in the bike trailer!

We went to the Strawberry Days Parade last Saturday. Even though it was rainy and kind of cold, we still had a good time. The boys loved seeing all the horses and fire engines.

Justice turned 4 years old on the 15th. He was so excited when he came down and saw the birthday sign hanging up in the front room, he thought that was so special. He wanted a new bike for his birthday and couldn't wait to get out and ride it. He opened his presents and decided that it would be fun to go have lunch with Grandma Cheryl at her work. It one of his favorite places to go eat, because he gets to see one of his favorite people!

Later that night we had his birthday party. Justice chose to have a bike party! His idea was to have it at a park by our house, and have the kids bring their bikes or scooters to ride around the bike trail. It seems like the kids had fun riding around with each other! Thanks to everyone who came, you all spoiled Justice way too much!

Our friends Megan and Jake invited us over for a barbecue and we had great time! Justice had tons of fun driving the power wheels with Ryder. And Talon and Cardon had so much fun throwing rocks with Emma! We had tons of fun guys, thanks for having us over, lets get together again soon!

Brad, Justice, and I went to the High School Finals Rodeo in Heber to watch one of our good friends bull fight! Justice had never been to a rodeo before and let me tell you he was in heaven! He was saying the cutest things, at one point he turned around and said to us, "can you believe this?" It was so cute, and he looked so handsome all cowboyed up! Justice had tons of fun with Kynlee and Bailey! Thanks Devin and Nicole for inviting us up!
