All Caught Up

Ever since Talon and Cardon came home from the hospital, Avon with Welcome Baby has been visiting us once a month to check the babies progress. She comes to our house and weighs and measures them, and made sure they were doing what they should at the stage they were at. She always compared them at their adjusted age, which was their actual 40 week due date, which was Nov. 14. They were born on Oct. 14, she wanted to make sure they were at least doing what they should at their adjusted age, which was one month younger. They were always doing more that that, and she was always impressed. Yesterday was their last Welcome Baby appointment. Avon said that they are completely caught up where they should be and there was no reason for her to check them anymore. She and their pediatrician both say that just by looking at them, you would never even know that they were preemies. I am so glad that they are doing so well! I cannot believe that they will be one in October. Thank you Avon we had so much fun getting to know you and we will miss seeing you every month!

Your boys are so cute!!! Charlie was a month early too - she was so tiny for so long but she has for sure caught up now.

these guys actually called me after I had my girls to see if I wanted them to come and do this same thing but I never ended up doing it. Sounds like it was a good thing to do. yes your boys are looking so healthy and good. I think both of us have been pretty blessed with having twins that have grown right on schedule and look healthy and well.

Your little chunky boys are just way too cute! I am glad that they have been so healthy and are up to where they need to be. I was wondering there for awhile if Cardon would ever get to be off of his oxygen, but now days it almost seems like he never even had it on. PS-Where did that whole last year go? I can't believe they will be 1! Crazy!

I'm so glad the boys are right on schedule! They look great & that is so fun that they are approaching the 1 year milestone! I also wanted to let you know we got the walkers for our boys at Babies R Us (our second home). You should check them out because they have helped a ton!

It was so fun to see you at Bajios. I cant believe how cute your boys are and that you have made it through twins! They look like a lot of fun but I cant imagine how hard that would be! It probably helps that they are so cute.

Yeah!
That's so good they are right on track!
I had to have the same evaluations done with my son... he was a preemie too!
It's crazy how you can almost lose them and then have them grow into big chunky boys!
Glad everything's going good!

This year has flown by! I remember seeing them at Aiya's blessing & I thought they were just the tiniest little guys, now they are practically linebackers! How nice you had Avon to help make sure your boys were all caught up, I am happy they are doing so great!
